HEALTH PROMOTION

The aim of promoting health is to try to identify risk factors at an early stage and prevent them from causing ill health. For this reason we ask about drinking and smoking habits and measure your blood pressure and weight from time to time. This is especially important in people with a family history of heart disease, diabetes or stroke.

STAFF PROTECTION

A zero tolerance policy towards violent, threatening and abusive behaviour is now in place throughout the National Health Service.

At no time will any violent, threatening or abusive behaviour be tolerated in this practice. If you do not respect the rights of our staff we may choose to inform the police and make arrangements for you to be removed from our medical list.
