HOW DO I.... REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?
Patients may register with the practice providing
they live within our defined practice area. New patients registering with the practice will have to provide proof of rsidency together with another form of identification such as a passport or a photographic driving licence. Patients can express a preference for a particular doctor and the
practice will strive to accommodate this but, as it is a partnership and not all doctors are always available, it
will not always be possible to see your preferred doctor. It is necessary for all new patients registering with
the practice to book an appointment for a health screening examination.
