ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS

Morning 9.00 - 11.30am Tuesday and Thursday Afternoon 2.00 - 6.00pm (Except Thursday)

Non-attendance is an increasing problem. If you are unable to keep your appointment please inform the surgery as soon as possible (on 733 2800/6565) as appointments are in great demand and someone else can be seen in your place.

In order to minimise patient waiting times the practice operates a dual system of 'open access' and 'pre-booked' appointments. Appointments may be made personally or by telephoning 733 2800/6565 between the following times:

Monday 8.00am - 12 noon 1.00 - 6.00pm Tuesday 8.00am - 12 noon 1.00 - 6.00pm Wednesday 8.00am - 12 noon 1.00 - 6.00pm Thursday 8.00am - 12.45pm   Friday 8.00am - 12.30pm 2.30 - 6.00pm

Practice Nurse Appointment Times

Monday 8.30am - 2.00pm Tuesday 8.30am - 6.30pm Wednesday 8.30am - 2.00pm Thursday 8.30am - 1.00pm Friday 8.30am - 12 noon

6/8 Week Baby Checks Appointment Times

Wednesday 1.45 - 3.00pm (GP only)

These are held at the surgery with either Dr Mattocks or Dr Hamlett. Please telephone the surgery on 0151 733 2800/6565 to arrange an appointment.

Antenatal Clinic Appointment Times

Tuesday 8.45 - 11.00am

WEEKEND AND NIGHT COVER

UC24 provides emergency cover at nights and weekends. Please do not telephone them for prescriptions, appointments or test results, as these are only available during surgery hours.

DISABLED ACCESS

Wheelchair access to the building is through the main entrance. A disabled patients' toilet is available.
